LG is a trooper..

Please continue to pray for this family that is so precious to me.  Lydia had another very successful surgery last Thursday morning.  Between the 2 surgeries, they have been able to cut down the excessive blood flow to her head by 70%.  She came out of the surgery very strong, and by the time I got there that evening, her breathing tube and a lot of her IV's were already out (compared to the picture below, which was about the same amount of time after the first surgery).  They were even able to go home just 2 days later, and with the good news that the next surgery probably wouldn't need to happen for a couple months.

But since then, Lydia had been really fussy and just not right (although when I was holding her the other night, she seemed pretty content :)).  So, this morning, back to the ER.  The doctors think Lydia may still be having seizures...  They are doing an MRI right now.

Lydia has 2 of the most amazing parents anyone could ever have.  My faith has deepened so much as I have laughed, cried, talked, waited, waited, waited and prayed, prayed, prayed with Brandon and Anna these last couple weeks.  They love Jesus so much, and have continued to cling to Him and trust Him and even worship Him through this whole thing.


They have said a number of times that they know the strength to continue doing all that is because there have been so many people praying for them.  God has heard our prayers that He would give them strength, faith, hope, peace, trust, love....  So please, will you continue to pray with me.
